On the basic Lido OFP, on the fuel/weight information section it states the maximum possible extra fuel but no info about the limiting factor (landing weight/capacity etc). There is a small ‘LDG’ entry randomly showing on another line below, is this just a text flow issue?

No limiting factor for the extra fuel is given for this layout. Other layouts might show it however.
The limiting factor in the default LIDO layout is for the TOW (in this case, LDG means it’s limited by the max landing weight over destination). Here, by doing a bit of math, we can see that the difference between ETOW and MTOW is also 3.4, so it’s pretty clear that the extra fuel is also limited by landing weight.
In most cases, the extra fuel limiting factor will be the same as for the TOW. The only case it might not be (i.e. when the extra fuel doesn’t equal MTOW - ETOW), would be when it’s limited by tank capacity instead.
