# Altenate defaults options not saving

Hi There,

I am trying to tune a bit the Alternate Airports defults options in order to reduce the max distance and allow TS/FG, when I click on the “save default” icon configuration seems to be saved, but.. when I load simbrief again, took the system defaults. I am doing something wrong?

The highlighted save button applies to minimum runway length only (hence why you will see save icons next to other fields (minimum ceiling, minimum visibility, avoid ICAOs).

The maximum alternate distance can be saved as part of a custom airframe only.

As far as I know, the state of Allow TS/FG cannot be saved.
