The navigraph charts work in all the PMDG aircraft (with EFB) and Aerosoft planes, but for some reason I cannot get them to display in the qw787 EFB. I have logged in and do have permission. Any ideas ? I’m pulling out what little hair I have left!!! Trevor ---

Hello Trevor! Welcome to the forum. Please provide more details about the issue. By “cannot get them to display”, do you mean that they don’t load, that a menu is missing, or something else? Please provide a screenshot if possible. Regards, Malte ---

On the same computer, open a browser and navigate to [charts.navigraph.com](http://charts.navigraph.com) and login using the same Navigraph account as in the QW 787. Can you load the charts there? Stephen ---

Then there is no issue with your account or your network. It narrows it down to something in the QW 787 implementation. I’d recommend you to file a report with QW and see if there are any logs that could help them pinpoint the issue. Regards, Stephen ---
