I have exactly the same problem (currently with 2603 rev 2). The proposed solution (reinstalling the data) does NOT solve the issue for me.
It seems there is something really broken with the Airac. I also can confirm this issue, besides several others.
It might have fixed it for Wickerman, but the issue that MSFS imports no flight plans anymore persists 
How do you import the flightplan in the Fenix aircraft?

As there have been recent updates, please confirm you have installed the very latest Fenix versions. and Fenix and general AIRAC updates. Also, check that SimBrief flight plans are created from the latest AIRAC.
