I just tired to updated database in ProSim and it crashed during update. I cannot start ProSim anymore. It tries to updated on start and crashes again.

I have built the database in ProSim without any error … I have tested the IOS and the MCDU, no crash - I can select an airport with the terminal procedures:
Could you please describe where ProSim crashed (specifically, which application, situation, simulation, and add-on) so that I can attempt to reproduce it? Not sure if this is really a navdata issue because when the system builds the files without any error, I´m unsure what we can do more.

When I start B738 max module I see it is attempting to launch and I see database is being updated. It looks like it should pass 8 steps till it is finished. At about step 6-7 the module crashes. I spoke to other ProSim user, some of them reported no issues , however there are several users with the same problem. Looks like mav database update cannot complete.

Please contact ProSim for further investigation into the cause of the crash on your system.

Users in ProSim ended up reinstalling the whole ProsIm after trying installing new AIRAC. I ended up doing the same. As soon as I tried to update AIRAC again, same thing happened, crashes on building database. I opened a support ticket.
